In its commitment and initiative to design a project that allows an evolution in the quality of life of the village communities, ALCAAL ANGOLA received the visit of two members belonging to the World Food Program team
In this sense, ALCAAL ANGOLA participates together with the WFP in order to offer its support so that a FAMILY AGRICULTURE project can be carried out.
In this context of meetings with the WFP, a calendar of activities was organized within which visits were made to different villages close to the Longa commune, where conversations were held with the general population to carry out an up-to-date survey. Meetings were also held with authorities belonging to the municipality of Cuito Cuanavale and authorities of the municipality of Longa.
ALCAAL ALGOLA supports joint work that allows joining forces and thus being able to direct a project at a social level that produces a positive impact in the municipality of Longa, promoting the development of its villages and local communities. It seeks to help promote the necessary strategies in this type of project, considering that timely intervention helps to keep people away from the risk of going hungry. Trust that working together it is possible to provide knowledge; promoting better child nutrition and improving food systems to help lay the foundation for a more prosperous future for many people.
